WHY you should hear me?

I have traversed not only domains like health tech , fintech , travel tech but the main job roles as well like I have been a developer, performance marketer , Digital marketing manager , Entrepreneur , Product manager. I have found a sweet spot wherein I can fit myself quite easy to traverse between different domains and apply for various product manager positions.

1st off all it’s not a HACK

Now that you know why you should listen to me and at the start only I have clarified that it’s not a hack . if you are ready and damn serious about product management as a career please go ahead.

1. Who is a Product Manager

A basic bookish definition of Product manager is

A product manager isΒ responsible for the development of a product or service for an organization, from its inception to its launch and beyond.Β They are also known as the “CEOs of the product” and are responsible for the product’s entire life cycle:

I am not here to tell you bookish definition, I am going to be 100% RAW and what it takes to be a product manager and how you are going to tackle the real life day to day job as a product manager

2.What skillset should you build in order to get maximum interviews

A product manager roles and responsibilities changes with company /domain / experience and seniority, I am not going to delve into those intricacies rather will give you my 2 cents on the skillset which is/should be kind of mandatory if you are just starting by or you have 3-4 years’ of experience.

rather than giving you list of skillset I have curated 100’s of Product manager’s resume and created a mind mapping chart which let’s you know what were the common skillset in 100s of resume . Please note the below doesn’t contain any domain specific skillset and contains only the generic skillset which a PM should have to get the job done in any organization . Some skillset might not be used in actual but is needed, just consider those like your excel , Microsoft office skillset.
