This No-code App was built in covid when I was stuck at my friend’s apartment . There was no My- gate or any other society maintenance app in that society

ISSUE

Since there was no app and people were ordering certain goods which they get notified by the delivery guy but it gets piled up at the security guard .

People were least bothered and quite reluctant/lazy to come downstairs to pick up their packages and this burdened security guard’s duty and responsibility as he couldn’t go to have his lunch , dinner , snack time as people have assumed that their package has received the society and is in safe hand under security .

There have been instances wherein guard went on to have his lunch and the packages went missing .

I understood the issue hence in my free time I created this app to solve security guard’s issue and unburdened him from this extra responsibility.

FEATURES OF THE APP

1) Security guard of both shifts were provide this app .
2) They can search for flat number which they could get from the delivery address on the app .
3) Once the search for the flat number and clicked on the flat , they will be shown various package delivery service option like swiggy , zomato , delhivery , blinkit or other .
4) Security guard can select by clicking on the appropriate delivery service option .
5) There is notification button saying “SEND NOTIFICATION ” which basically security person can click and an email will be shot to the apartment owner’s email ID (email Id sourced from the society president’s office).
6) Once the button was pressed an email was triggered to the owners or tenant , and after 4 hour a follow up email again gets triggered saying this is the last email and after this there is no liability from the guard about the items placed near guard’s office.
7) This way people in the society got the idea that they have to pick up their packages within 4 hours otherwise there is no liability on society or guard
